{Christmas cheer at Chota House}

Isn't it the most wonderful time of the year?
My little house is cheerful and Christmassy and I wanted to share some pics with you! We had some dear friends over this weekend (instead of doing a party this year, I decided to invite a few people separately to get a proper visit with them!)
My parents are visiting from Canada, so it's all very festive!

Wishing you a joyful Christmas!

{snow}

We got snow this weekend & it was just too pretty to not share these pics of Leighton Buzzard I took! There's something very beautiful about England at Christmas time...

{quotable thursdays}

It's been a very busy day with a big meeting this morning so I forgot to post. It'll be a quick & sweet quote today:

{Christmas tree full of a wonderful message}

I have so much to catch up on--my parents' visit, all the renovations going on around here & the general wonderful merriment of the season! Hopefully I'll find a bit of time soon.

{An English Christmas}

I spent Christmas with my cousins in Essex. It was lovely--full of tradition, fresh air, country walks (short walks for me), fetching turkeys from local farms, a Boxing Day meet etc... It was simply LOVELY.
Here are some pics from the Christmas festivities...
